Orders Tracking：
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website 24 hours a day.

2. Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

1) For now, we offer services only in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland and Netherlands.
2) Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

1) We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
2) Free shipping applies to carts that total $69 or more, after discounts.
3) For preorder items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product page. And it is not recommended to choose express shipping for preorder.

4) Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when good you've ordered from us arrive in your country. Clothes are a commonly taxed item, so we'd strongly recommend you check.
